1972 Porsche 914Disassembly - Part 22 - Brake lines4/4/2007As I post this, I wish I had taken more photos. Particularly of where the main line the runs from the front to the rear actually connects to a short section that curves and exists into the engine compartment. I believe that there is probably some good photos of this area before I remove the master cylinder and suspension.
You remove the main line by snaking it out the front. But you have to remove the female to female connector in the center tunnel just forward of the engine bulkhead.
Note grommet orientation and wiring for brake sensor
Note that line running to passenger side is not stock. |
